How to give another member access to manage billing.
You can designate other club members to manage billing on behalf of the club.
Why assign a billing administrator?
- Share billing responsibilities
- Allow your Treasurer to manage payments
- Ensure continuity if you’re unavailable
- Keep billing separate from club management
Who can be a billing administrator
Any club member can be designated as a billing administrator. They don’t need to be a VPE or President.
How to assign a billing administrator
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Find the Billing Administrators section
- Click Add Administrator
- Select the member from your club list
- Confirm the assignment
What billing administrators can do
- View subscription status and details
- Update payment methods
- View billing history and invoices
- Change or cancel the subscription
What billing administrators cannot do
- Access Club Management features (unless they’re also VPE/President)
- Manage members or meetings
- View feedback or statistics
Removing a billing administrator
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Find the administrator in the list
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Best practices
- Have at least two people with billing access
- Include your club’s Treasurer if applicable
- Review billing administrators annually
- Remove administrators when they leave the club
💡 Tip: Assigning your club’s Treasurer as a billing administrator lets them manage payments without needing VPE or President access.
