By accessing or using FeedbackMaster (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

FeedbackMaster is operated by Side Quest Labs Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Service

FeedbackMaster is a speaker feedback management platform designed for Toastmasters clubs. The Service allows clubs to collect, organize, and distribute feedback for speakers in an efficient and structured manner.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service (“User Content”), including feedback, evaluations, and other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • Not contain malicious code or harmful materials

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are in the currency specified at the point of purchase.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side Quest Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Side Quest Labs Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
