Belonging to multiple clubs

Many Toastmasters belong to more than one club. FeedbackMaster makes it easy to manage multiple memberships.

Joining another club

If you’re invited to another club:

1. Accept the invitation email
2. The new club will be added to your account
3. You’ll keep your existing club memberships

Switching between clubs

If you belong to multiple clubs:

1. Look for the club switcher at the top of the navigation
2. Click it to see your clubs
3. Select the club you want to view

Your dashboard, meetings, and feedback will update to show the selected club.

Roles in different clubs

You can have different roles in different clubs. For example:

• VPE in one club
• Regular member in another

Your role is set per club, not globally.

Feedback across clubs

Feedback is separate for each club:

• My Feedback shows feedback from the currently selected club
• Switch clubs to see feedback from other clubs
• Pathway progress is shared across all clubs

Managing multiple club responsibilities

Tips for managing multiple memberships:

• Check the club switcher to make sure you’re in the right club
• Review each club’s meetings separately
• Be mindful of scheduling conflicts

Leaving one club

Leaving one club doesn’t affect your other memberships. You can leave clubs individually from Settings.

💡 Tip: Your pathway progress is tracked across all clubs, so speeches in any club count toward your pathway completion.
