Changing billing currency

How to select your preferred billing currency.

FeedbackMaster supports multiple currencies to serve clubs worldwide.

Available currencies

You can pay in:

  • USD (US Dollar)
  • GBP (British Pound)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • And other supported currencies

Selecting your currency

When subscribing:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Choose your plan
  3. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown
  4. Complete checkout in that currency

Currency and pricing

  • Prices are set in each currency
  • Currency conversion isn’t applied — you pay the listed price
  • Prices may vary slightly between currencies due to market rates

Changing currency later

To change your billing currency after subscribing:

  1. Contact FeedbackMaster support
  2. We’ll help you switch to a different currency
  3. Your subscription will be updated

Note: This may require canceling and re-subscribing.

Currency displayed in app

The currency shown in your billing settings is the currency you’re billed in. If you want to see pricing in a different currency before subscribing, use the currency selector on the pricing page.

Your bank’s exchange rate

If your card’s currency differs from your billing currency, your bank may apply an exchange rate and fees. Check with your bank for details.

💡 Tip: Select the currency that matches your bank account to avoid foreign transaction fees.
