Changing your password

You can change your password at any time to keep your account secure.

Changing your password (when logged in)

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password
5. Confirm the new password
6. Save changes

Resetting a forgotten password

If you can’t remember your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

Password requirements

For security, your password should:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include a mix of letters and numbers
• Avoid common words or patterns

Reset link expired?

Password reset links expire after a short time for security. If your link has expired:

1. Go back to the login page
2. Click Forgot password? again
3. Request a new reset link

• Use a unique password for FeedbackMaster
• Consider using a password manager
• Don’t share your password with others
• Change your password if you suspect it’s been compromised
