Club settings overview

Club settings let you customize FeedbackMaster for your club’s needs.

Accessing club settings

VPEs and Presidents can access settings at Settings → Club.

Basic club information

Club name: Your club’s official name as it appears throughout FeedbackMaster.

Club description: An optional description that helps identify your club.

Club logo: Upload your club’s logo to personalize meetings and feedback pages.

Timezone setting

Set your club’s timezone so meeting times display correctly for all members. Choose a city-based timezone (like “America/New_York”) for automatic daylight saving adjustments.

QR code

Your club’s unique QR code for feedback collection. You can:

• View and download the code
• Regenerate it if needed (old codes stop working)

Language preference

Set the default language for club communications and interface.

Advanced settings

Delete club: Permanently removes the club and all its data. This cannot be undone.

What settings affect

• Your club’s branding appearance
• QR code functionality
• Member experience

Settings only leaders can change

Only VPEs and Presidents can modify club settings. Regular members can view some settings but cannot make changes.
