If you can’t find an answer in the help center, our support team is here to help.

Before contacting support

Try these resources first:

  2. Check your club officers — VPEs can help with club-specific issues
  3. Review recent emails — We may have sent relevant information

How to contact support

Email: Send your question to support@feedbackmaster.io

Include this information:

  • Your email address (the one you use to log in)
  • Your club name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • Steps to reproduce the problem (if it’s a bug)

What to expect

  • Response time: Within 24-48 hours on business days
  • Complex issues: May take longer to investigate
  • Follow-up: We’ll email you directly
