How to get help from the FeedbackMaster support team.
If you can’t find an answer in the help center, our support team is here to help.
Try these resources first:
- Search the Help Center — Many common questions are answered here
- Check your club officers — VPEs can help with club-specific issues
- Review recent emails — We may have sent relevant information
Email: Send your question to support@feedbackmaster.io
Include this information:
- Your email address (the one you use to log in)
- Your club name
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if it’s a bug)
What to expect
- Response time: Within 24-48 hours on business days
- Complex issues: May take longer to investigate
- Follow-up: We’ll email you directly
