Who can see your data

Your feedback:

• Recipients see feedback given to them
• You see feedback you’ve given and received
• Club leaders see aggregate tone statistics (not individual feedback)

Your profile:

• Club members can see your name and photo
• Email is visible only to club officers

Data ownership

• You own your feedback data
• Clubs own their meeting and aggregate data
• FeedbackMaster does not sell your data

Your privacy rights

You can:

• Access your data — View all data we have about you
• Export your data — Download your feedback history
• Delete your data — Request account deletion
• Update your data — Edit your profile anytime

Data retention

• Active accounts: Data retained while you’re a member
• Deleted accounts: Data removed within 90 days
• Cancelled clubs: Data retained for 90-day grace period

Third-party services

We use trusted services for:

• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Email delivery
• Cloud hosting (Cloudflare)

These services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for:

• Keeping you logged in
• Remembering preferences

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
