Deleting a club

If your club is closing or you no longer need FeedbackMaster, you can delete your club.

Before you delete

Important: Deleting a club is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:

• Download any data you want to keep
• Inform your members
• Cancel your subscription first (if applicable)

What gets deleted

When you delete a club:

• All meeting records
• All speaking slots
• All feedback (given and received)
• Member associations with the club
• Club settings and customizations

What’s preserved

• Individual user accounts (members keep their accounts)
• Members’ associations with other clubs
• Pathway progress (linked to individual accounts)

How to delete a club

Only VPEs or Presidents can delete a club:

1. Go to Settings → Club
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Click Delete Club
4. Type the club name to confirm
5. Click Delete Permanently

After deletion

• The club disappears immediately
• Members are notified
• Subscription billing stops (if not already canceled)
• Data cannot be recovered

Alternatives to deletion

If you’re considering deletion because:

• Club is inactive: You can keep the account and pause activity
• Changing leadership: Transfer VPE/President role instead
• Subscription costs: Cancel subscription but keep data temporarily

💡 Tip: Consider exporting your feedback data before deleting if members want to keep their records.
