Free trial explained

FeedbackMaster offers a free trial so your club can try the service before committing.

What’s included in the trial

During your free trial, you get:

• Full access to all features
• Unlimited members
• A limited number of meetings

How the trial works

• Your trial starts when you create your club
• You can create meetings and collect feedback immediately
• A banner shows how many trial meetings remain

Trial meeting limit

The trial includes a set number of meetings. Each meeting you create counts toward this limit, regardless of how many speaking slots or feedback items it has.

When the trial ends

When you’ve used all your trial meetings:

• You can still view existing feedback and data
• You won’t be able to create new meetings
• You’ll be prompted to subscribe

Subscribing during the trial

You can subscribe at any time during your trial:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Choose your plan
3. Enter payment details
4. Start your subscription

Any unused trial meetings will be forfeited, but you’ll have unlimited meetings with your subscription.

After the trial expires

If you don’t subscribe:

• Your data remains accessible (read-only)
• You can subscribe later to resume
• Eventually, inactive data may be deleted
