Giving feedback to your club

Learn how to provide feedback about your club's operations and culture.

Beyond speech feedback, FeedbackMaster lets members share thoughts about the club itself.

What is club feedback?

Club feedback is a way for members to share suggestions, concerns, or praise about:

  • Meeting organization
  • Club culture and atmosphere
  • Leadership decisions
  • General improvements

This is separate from speech feedback and goes directly to club leaders.

Submitting club feedback

  1. Go to Profile → Club Feedback
  2. Write your feedback
  3. Choose whether to be anonymous
  4. Submit

Who sees club feedback?

Only VPEs and Presidents can view club feedback. They access it through Club Management → Club Feedback.

When to use club feedback

Good uses:

  • Suggesting meeting format changes
  • Praising club initiatives
  • Raising concerns about club culture
  • Recommending improvements

Not for:

  • Feedback about specific speeches (use regular feedback)
  • Personal disputes with members
  • Urgent issues (contact leaders directly)

Anonymous option

You can submit club feedback anonymously if you prefer. Leaders won’t see your name, but they’ll still receive your input.

💡 Tip: Constructive club feedback helps leaders improve the club experience for everyone. Don’t hesitate to share thoughtful suggestions.
