How to create a meeting

Learn how to schedule meetings and assign speakers in FeedbackMaster.

Creating meetings in FeedbackMaster is quick and straightforward. Only club leaders (VPE or President) can create meetings.

Creating a new meeting

  1. Go to Club Management from your dashboard
  2. Click Create Meeting
  3. Fill in the meeting details:
    • Date and time — When the meeting will take place
    • Theme (optional) — A topic or theme for the meeting
  4. Click Create Meeting

Adding speakers to a meeting

After creating a meeting, you can assign members to speaking slots:

  1. Open the meeting from Club Management → Meetings
  2. Click Add Speaking Slot
  3. Select a member from the dropdown
  4. The speaker can later add their speech title and feedback focus

Managing meeting details

You can edit or delete meetings at any time before they occur:

  • Click on any meeting to view its details
  • Use the Edit button to change the date, time, or theme
  • Use Delete to remove a meeting entirely

Tips for effective meetings

  • Create meetings in advance so members can prepare
  • Encourage speakers to add their speech title and feedback focus before the meeting
  • Let members know they can give feedback via QR code or mobile link
