How to give feedback

Giving feedback in FeedbackMaster is simple and can be done from any device.

Ways to give feedback

There are two main ways to submit feedback:

1. QR Code — Scan the meeting’s QR code with your phone camera
2. Direct Link — Click the feedback link shared by your club

Submitting feedback

When you open the feedback form, you’ll see:

1. The speaker’s name and speech title
2. Feedback focus — What the speaker wants feedback on (if they specified)
3. Star rating — Rate the speech from 1 to 5 stars
4. Written feedback — Share your thoughts, suggestions, and encouragement
5. Anonymous option — Choose whether to include your name

Click Submit when you’re done.

Tips for helpful feedback

• Be specific about what worked well
• Offer constructive suggestions for improvement
• Reference the speaker’s feedback focus if they provided one
• Balance positive observations with areas for growth

Who can give feedback?

• Club members — Anyone registered in your club
• Guests — Visitors can also submit feedback using the QR code or guest link

After submitting

Your feedback is delivered to the speaker immediately. They’ll see it in their My Feedback section, along with feedback from other members.

💡 Tip: Even anonymous feedback is valuable! Speakers appreciate honest perspectives, regardless of whether a name is attached.
