I can't access Club Management

Why you might not have access to club management features.

Club Management is only available to club leaders. If you can’t access it, here’s why.

Check your role

Club Management is restricted to:

  • VPE (Vice President of Education)
  • President

Regular members and evaluators don’t have access to these features.

How to check your role

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Look for your role designation
  3. Or ask your club’s VPE

Need Club Management access?

If you need access for your club responsibilities:

  1. Contact your current VPE or President
  2. Ask them to update your role in Club Management → Members
  3. Once updated, refresh the page to see Club Management

You’re in the wrong club

If you belong to multiple clubs, make sure you’re viewing the right one. The club switcher appears at the top of the navigation if you have multiple clubs.

Role was recently changed

If your role was just updated, try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Waiting a few minutes for changes to sync

Technical issues

If you should have access but don’t see Club Management:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact the club’s other leader to verify your role is set correctly

💡 Tip: Clubs should always have at least two members with VPE or President access to avoid lockout situations.
