I can't log in to my account

Solutions for common login problems in FeedbackMaster.

Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common causes and solutions.

Wrong email address

Make sure you’re using the exact email address you signed up with. Check for:

  • Typos
  • Wrong email domain (@gmail.com vs @company.com)
  • Extra spaces

Wrong password

If you’re not sure of your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link
  4. Create a new password

Account not verified

You need to verify your email before logging in. Check your email (including spam) for a verification link. You can request a new one from the login page.

Browser issues

Try these steps:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Try an incognito/private window
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled

Account doesn’t exist

If you’re getting “account not found” errors, you may need to:

  • Check if you signed up with a different email
  • Create a new account if you never completed signup

Still can’t log in?

Contact your club’s VPE or President — they can check if your account exists in the club.

If you’re the club founder or having other issues, contact FeedbackMaster support.
