I can't see my feedback

What to do if your feedback isn't showing up.

If you’re expecting feedback but don’t see it, here are some things to check.

Check My Feedback

Your feedback appears in My Feedback in the main navigation. Make sure you’re looking there, not in the meeting details.

Check the filters

The My Feedback page has tone filters. If you have a filter active (Positive, Constructive, or Critical), you might be hiding some feedback. Click All to see everything.

Feedback might not exist yet

Consider whether:

  • The meeting has finished
  • Evaluators have had time to submit feedback
  • Your speaking slot was actually filled

Ask a club member if they’ve submitted feedback for you.

Check the right meeting

If you’ve spoken at multiple meetings, make sure you’re looking at the correct meeting’s feedback. Feedback is organized by meeting date.

Refresh the page

Sometimes new feedback doesn’t appear immediately. Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Clearing your browser cache

Contact your club leader

If feedback should exist but doesn’t appear:

  • Ask your VPE to verify the speaking slot was set up correctly
  • Confirm that feedback was submitted for your slot
  • Check if there are any technical issues with the meeting

💡 Tip: Feedback appears as soon as it’s submitted. If evaluators are giving feedback during the meeting, it should show up in real-time.
