I didn't receive the verification email

What to do if you don't receive the email verification link.

If you signed up but didn’t receive your verification email, try these steps.

Check your spam folder

Verification emails sometimes get filtered. Look in your:

  • Spam folder
  • Junk folder
  • Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • Other/Focused inbox (Outlook)

Check the email address

Make sure you entered the correct email address during signup. A small typo could send the email elsewhere.

Request a new verification email

  1. Go to app.feedbackmaster.io/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Resend verification email

Still not receiving it?

If emails still aren’t arriving:

Check with your IT department — Some corporate email systems block automated emails. Ask IT to whitelist emails from feedbackmaster.io.

Try a different email — If you have a personal email address, try signing up with that instead.

Contact support — If nothing works, reach out to us and we’ll help manually verify your account.

  • Email address typo during signup
  • Aggressive spam filters
  • Corporate email policies
  • Full mailbox
