Inviting members to your club

Learn how to add members to your FeedbackMaster club.

There are several ways to add members to your FeedbackMaster club.

Inviting individual members

  1. Go to Club Management → Members
  2. Click Add Member
  3. Enter the member’s email address
  4. Select their role (Member, Evaluator, VPE, or President)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The member will receive an email invitation to join your club.

Bulk importing members

For larger clubs, you can import multiple members at once:

  1. Go to Club Management → Members
  2. Click Import Members
  3. Upload a CSV file with member details (email, first name, last name)
  4. Review the import preview
  5. Click Import to send invitations

What happens when someone is invited

  • They receive an email with a link to join your club
  • If they’re new to FeedbackMaster, they’ll create an account
  • If they already have an account, they’ll be added to your club automatically

Managing pending invitations

You can view and resend pending invitations from the Members page. Look for members marked as “Invited” who haven’t yet accepted.

Tips for successful onboarding

  • Send invitations before your first meeting using FeedbackMaster
  • Let members know to check their spam folders if they don’t see the invitation
  • Consider assigning a few experienced members as Evaluators

💡 Tip: Members can belong to multiple clubs if they attend more than one Toastmasters club.
