Leaving a club

If you’re no longer part of a Toastmasters club, you can leave it in FeedbackMaster.

How to leave a club

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Find the club you want to leave
3. Click Leave Club
4. Confirm your decision

What happens when you leave

• You’ll no longer see the club’s meetings or members
• Your past feedback (given and received) is preserved
• You won’t appear in the club’s member list
• You can rejoin later if invited

Your data after leaving

What’s kept:

• Feedback you received (visible to you)
• Your account and profile

What’s removed:

• Access to club meetings and members
• Ability to give feedback in that club

If you’re the only leader

If you’re the only VPE or President, you’ll need to:

1. Assign another member as VPE or President first
2. Then leave the club

This prevents the club from being left without an administrator.

Rejoining a club

If you want to rejoin a club you left:

1. Ask the current VPE or President to send you an invitation
2. Accept the invitation
3. You’ll be added back as a regular member

Deleting your entire account

If you want to delete your FeedbackMaster account entirely (not just leave one club), contact support. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

💡 Tip: If you’re moving to a different club, you don’t need to leave your old club first. You can be a member of multiple clubs.
