Managing email notifications

FeedbackMaster sends helpful emails about your club activity. You can customize what you receive.

Accessing email preferences

Go to Profile → Email Preferences to manage your notification settings.

Types of notifications

Meeting reminders:

• Upcoming meeting notifications
• Reminder when you’re scheduled to speak

Feedback notifications:

• When you receive new feedback
• Feedback summary after meetings

Club updates:

• New member announcements
• Important club news

Changing your preferences

1. Go to Profile → Email Preferences
2. Toggle each notification type on or off
3. Changes save automatically

Unsubscribing from all emails

If you want to stop all non-essential emails:

1. Turn off each notification category
2. You’ll still receive essential account emails (password resets, verification)

Alternatively, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FeedbackMaster email.

Not receiving emails?

If you’ve opted in but aren’t getting emails:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Add noreply@feedbackmaster.io to your contacts
• Verify your email address is correct in your profile

Email frequency

FeedbackMaster sends emails based on activity:

• Meeting reminders go out before scheduled meetings
• Feedback notifications arrive when feedback is submitted
• We don’t send daily or weekly digest emails

💡 Tip: Keep feedback notifications on so you never miss valuable input from your evaluators.
