Managing guests

Learn how to manage guest speakers and visitors in FeedbackMaster.

FeedbackMaster makes it easy to include guests in your meetings, whether they’re speaking or just giving feedback.

How guests can give feedback

Guests don’t need an account to give feedback. They can:

  • Scan the meeting’s QR code
  • Use a guest feedback link
  • Submit feedback anonymously or with their name

Adding a guest speaker

If a guest will be speaking at your meeting:

  1. Go to Club Management → Guests
  2. Click Add Guest
  3. Enter the guest’s name and optional email
  4. Then assign them to a speaking slot in the meeting

Tracking guest attendance

The Guests section shows:

  • All guests who have visited your club
  • When they last attended
  • Whether they’ve given or received feedback

Converting guests to members

If a guest joins your club:

  1. Go to Club Management → Guests
  2. Find the guest
  3. Click Convert to Member
  4. Send them a member invitation

Their feedback history will be preserved.

Guest privacy

  • Guests can choose to remain anonymous when giving feedback
  • Guest contact information is only visible to club leaders
  • Guests cannot see club member details

💡 Tip: Making guests feel welcome to give feedback often helps them feel included in your club. It can be a great recruiting tool!
