Managing your subscription

Learn how to view, update, or cancel your FeedbackMaster subscription.

VPEs and Presidents can manage the club’s subscription from the billing settings.

Accessing billing

Go to Settings → Billing to view and manage your subscription.

What you’ll see

Subscription status:

  • Current plan and price
  • Renewal date
  • Payment method on file

Billing history:

  • Past invoices
  • Payment dates and amounts

Changing your plan

If you need to upgrade or change plans:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Updating payment method

To update your card or payment details:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Save changes

Canceling your subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation

  • Your club data is preserved for 30 days
  • You can resubscribe to restore access
  • After 30 days, data may be deleted

Billing administrators

You can designate other members as billing administrators who can manage payments on behalf of the club.

💡 Tip: Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruption when your subscription renews.
