My feedback submission failed

What to do if you can't submit feedback.

If your feedback won’t submit, here are the common causes and solutions.

Check your internet connection

Feedback submission requires an internet connection. If you’re on a weak connection:

  • Try switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa)
  • Move to an area with better signal
  • Wait a moment and try again

”Already submitted” error

You can only submit feedback once per speaker per meeting. If you see this error, you’ve already given feedback for this slot.

Feedback links can expire. This might happen if:

  • The meeting has ended and feedback period closed
  • The QR code was regenerated
  • Too much time has passed

Ask your club leader for a current link or QR code.

The link you’re using might be:

  • Incorrectly typed
  • From an old meeting
  • Corrupted when copied

Try scanning the QR code again or asking for a fresh link.

Form validation errors

Make sure you’ve:

  • Selected a star rating (required)
  • Entered some feedback text
  • Not exceeded character limits

Browser issues

If the form isn’t responding:

  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Try on a different device

Save your feedback first

Before troubleshooting, copy your feedback text so you don’t lose it. You can paste it back once the issue is resolved.

💡 Tip: If submission keeps failing, try writing shorter feedback first to test, then submit your full feedback.
