Understanding user roles

Learn about the different roles in FeedbackMaster and what each role can do.

FeedbackMaster uses roles to manage what different club members can do. Here’s what each role means.

VPE (Vice President of Education)

The VPE has full administrative access to the club, including:

  • Creating and managing meetings
  • Adding and removing members
  • Viewing club analytics and statistics
  • Accessing tone monitoring tools
  • Managing billing and subscription
  • Reviewing reported feedback
  • Configuring club settings

President

Presidents have the same access as VPEs, allowing them to:

  • Manage meetings and speaking slots
  • Add and manage members
  • View participation statistics
  • Access tone monitoring
  • Review reported feedback

Evaluator

Evaluators are experienced members who:

  • Can give feedback to speakers
  • Can view club statistics
  • Can see their own feedback received
  • Cannot manage meetings or members

Member

Regular members can:

  • View upcoming meetings
  • Sign up for speaking slots
  • Give feedback to other speakers
  • View their own received feedback
  • Track their pathway progress

Guest

Guests are visitors who can:

  • Give feedback via QR code or guest link
  • Do not need an account to submit feedback

Changing roles

VPEs and Presidents can change member roles from Club Management → Members. Select a member and use the role dropdown to assign their new role.

💡 Tip: Having multiple VPEs or Presidents ensures your club can be managed even if one leader is unavailable.
