Understanding your invoice

Learn how to read and understand your FeedbackMaster invoice.

FeedbackMaster sends invoices for each billing cycle. Here’s how to understand them.

Accessing your invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Look for the Invoice History section
  3. Click any invoice to view or download it

Invoice components

Header information:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Your club’s billing details
  • Payment status

Line items:

  • Subscription plan (e.g., “FeedbackMaster Pro - Annual”)
  • Billing period covered
  • Price per unit (if applicable)
  • Total amount

Discounts (if applicable):

  • Coupon codes applied
  • Percentage or amount saved

Invoice statuses

  • Paid — Payment completed successfully
  • Open — Awaiting payment
  • Past Due — Payment failed or overdue
  • Void — Invoice cancelled

Downloading invoices

To download a PDF invoice:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice History
  2. Find the invoice you need
  3. Click Download PDF

Invoices for accounting

Invoices include all information typically required for expense reports and accounting:

  • Tax identification (if applicable)
  • Itemized charges
  • Payment method used
  • Transaction reference

Updating billing information on invoices

To update the name or address on future invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Update your billing details
  3. Changes apply to future invoices only

Already-issued invoices cannot be modified.

💡 Tip: Set up a billing administrator to receive invoice notifications if someone other than club officers handles finances.
