Updating your profile

Keep your profile up to date so other club members can identify you.

Accessing your profile

Go to Settings → Profile to view and edit your profile information.

What you can update

Name:

• First name
• Last name
• Phonetic name (optional) — helps others pronounce your name correctly

Profile photo:

• Upload a photo from your device
• Crop and adjust the image
• Remove your current photo

Updating your photo

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Click on your current photo or the placeholder
3. Select an image from your device
4. Use the cropping tool to adjust
5. Save changes

Tips for a good profile photo

• Use a clear, recent photo
• Make sure your face is visible
• Good lighting helps others recognize you
• Professional or friendly photos work best

Phonetic name

If your name has an unusual pronunciation, add a phonetic spelling:

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Find the Phonetic name field
3. Enter how your name is pronounced
4. Save changes

This helps meeting organizers introduce you correctly.

Changes apply everywhere

Profile updates appear:

• In your club’s member list
• On speaking slots
• In feedback you give
• Anywhere your name appears
