Using a discount code

If you have a discount code, you can apply it when subscribing to reduce your price.

Where to enter discount codes

Discount codes are entered during the checkout process:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Select your plan
3. Look for the Discount Code or Promo Code field
4. Enter your code
5. Click Apply

The discount will be shown before you complete payment.

Types of discounts

Discount codes may offer:

• Percentage off (e.g., 20% off)
• Fixed amount off (e.g., $10 off)
• Extended trial periods
• First year discounts

Discount code rules

• Most codes can only be used once
• Codes may have expiration dates
• Some codes are for new subscriptions only
• Codes typically can’t be combined

If your code doesn’t work

Check that:

• The code is spelled correctly (codes are case-sensitive)
• The code hasn’t expired
• The code is valid for your plan type
• You haven’t already used the code

After applying a discount

Your discounted price appears on:

• Your subscription confirmation
• Billing invoices
• The billing settings page

The discount may apply to the first period only or be recurring, depending on the code.
