Learn how to create and use feedback templates to guide evaluators.

Feedback templates help ensure evaluators provide consistent, structured feedback.

What are feedback templates?

  • Specific questions to answer
  • Areas to focus on
  • Structured evaluation criteria

Creating a feedback template

  1. Go to Settings → Templates
  2. Click Create Template
  3. Add your template name and content
  4. Save the template

Using templates in meetings

When creating a meeting or speaking slot, you can:

  • Assign a default template for all slots
  • Let speakers choose their own template
  • Override with custom feedback focuses
