Feedback templates help ensure evaluators provide consistent, structured feedback.
What are feedback templates?
Templates are pre-defined prompts or questions that guide evaluators when giving feedback. They can include:
- Specific questions to answer
- Areas to focus on
- Structured evaluation criteria
Creating a feedback template
- Go to Settings → Templates
- Click Create Template
- Add your template name and content
- Save the template
Using templates in meetings
When creating a meeting or speaking slot, you can:
- Assign a default template for all slots
- Let speakers choose their own template
- Override with custom feedback focuses
Template ideas
General Speech Template:
- What was the main message?
- What worked well?
- What could be improved?
Table Topics Template:
- Was the response relevant to the topic?
- How was the structure?
- Suggestions for thinking on your feet?
Evaluator Feedback Template:
- Was the evaluation balanced?
- Were suggestions specific and actionable?
- How was the delivery?
