Learn how to generate and use QR codes to collect feedback at meetings.
QR codes make it easy for anyone to give feedback during or after a meeting — no app download required.
How QR codes work
Each club has a unique QR code that links to your feedback collection page. When someone scans the code, they can:
- See the current meeting’s speakers
- Select who they want to give feedback to
- Submit their feedback directly from their phone
Finding your club’s QR code
- Go to Settings → Club
- Scroll to the QR Code section
- Your club’s QR code is displayed there
Displaying the QR code at meetings
We recommend:
- Projecting it on screen during the meeting
- Printing it and placing it on tables
- Including it in meeting agendas or handouts
Tips for maximum engagement
- Remind attendees to scan the QR code at the start of the meeting
- Show the code again after each speech
- Let members know they can give feedback anonymously if they prefer
Regenerating your QR code
If you need a new QR code (for example, if the old one was shared publicly):
- Go to Settings → Club
- Click Regenerate QR Code
- The old code will stop working immediately
💡 Tip: The QR code works for both members and guests, so visitors can give feedback too!
