FeedbackMaster provides detailed statistics to help club leaders understand engagement and participation patterns.

Accessing statistics

VPEs and Presidents can view statistics by going to Club Management → Stats.

What statistics are available

Participation Overview:

• Total meetings held
• Total speaking slots filled
• Total feedback given and received
• Average feedback per speaking slot

Member Engagement:

• Individual member participation rates
• Speaking frequency per member
• Feedback giving frequency
• Members who haven’t spoken recently

Meeting Trends:

• Attendance over time
• Feedback volume per meeting
• Most active periods

Using statistics effectively

Statistics can help you:

• Identify members who might need encouragement to speak
• Recognize active evaluators
• Spot trends in club engagement
• Plan future meetings based on participation patterns

Privacy and statistics

• Statistics show aggregate data, not individual feedback content
• Members cannot see other members’ statistics
• Only VPEs and Presidents can access club statistics

Exporting data

You can export statistics for your records or for reporting to your club executives.
