All feedback you receive is collected in one place, making it easy to review and learn from.

Accessing your feedback

1. Click My Feedback in the navigation menu
2. You’ll see all feedback you’ve received, organized by meeting

Understanding your feedback

Each piece of feedback shows:

• Star rating — An overall score from 1 to 5 stars
• Written comments — Detailed feedback from the evaluator
• Who gave it — The evaluator’s name (unless they chose to be anonymous)
• Tone indicator — Whether the feedback is positive, constructive, or critical

Filtering your feedback

Use the tone filters at the top of the page to focus on specific types of feedback:

• All — See everything
• Positive — Encouraging feedback highlighting strengths
• Constructive — Helpful suggestions for improvement
• Critical — Areas that need more attention

Feedback by speech

Your feedback is grouped by speaking slot, so you can see all comments related to a specific speech together.

Private and secure

Only you can see your feedback. Club leaders cannot view individual members’ feedback — they can only see aggregate statistics.

💡 Tip: Review your feedback soon after each meeting while it’s fresh. Look for patterns across multiple speeches to identify consistent areas for growth.
